Emary Joy D. Pascual is the incumbent Chairwoman of the Board of Trustees and Mayor of Gapan City, Nueva Ecija, serving from 2022 to 2025. She succeeded her brother, Emerson D. Pascual, who previously held the mayoral position and is currently the district representative for Nueva Ecija's 4th Legislative District.
