- Checking of Enrollment Form
- Advising and Evaluation of subjects taken
- Approval of Enrollment Form
Step 4 : Registrar's Office (Window 1)
- Submission of Credentials/Requirements
- Submission of Enrollment Form approved by the Department Head
- Register student enrollment
Step 5 : Registrar's Office (Window 2)
- Printing and Releasing of Certificate of Registration/Enrollment
